The damaged product is shipped by the customer by delivering the shipment to the shipping company office in his area

The product will be replaced with a new one during the warranty period if the defect is covered by the warranty after coordination with our customer service.


The inspection period for products returned to the store for inspection is within 7-14 working days from the date the product arrives at the store.


Working days: Sunday to Thursday, excluding official holidays.



The warranty does not cover misuse by the customer such as:


Breakage, cutting, liquid spillage, exposure of the product to high temperatures, explosion, exposure to variable electricity, burning, dropping, etc., or any repair attempt by the customer.


 The following products are not included: covers, cases, protective stickers, bags of all kinds, ring light stands, lights of all kinds, dancing cactus, products for PUBG and PlayStation games, smart clip games for mobile phones, rechargeable batteries, car water pump, medical products, comfort pillows, incense burners of all kinds, and 3*1 vegetable cutter.



In the event of a replacement under warranty, you must wait for the product to be available, if it is not available, after the replacement order arrives at the store and is inspected, within a maximum of 14 working days.

In case of unavailability, the amount will be transferred to the same payment method, and the refund period to the bank account or card will be within 7-14 working days from the date of sending the account information.


- Please note that the store is not responsible for any returned shipment that has not been replaced within 30 days from the date of contacting the customer and informing him of the necessary procedures for replacement. After this period, the customer is not entitled to claim the product.


The inspection period for any device returned to the store is within 14 working days.
